1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is missing items or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), invoices, and accessories must be included.
• The product should not show any signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and spiritual reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered:

• Energized or customized crystals
• Crystal malas worn or used
• Rudraksha malas
• Personalized products
• Gift cards
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your Order ID along with clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.
• Email the details to support@abhivrudhi.in or contact our customer support.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support with your Order ID.
2. Wait for return authorization.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the product using the instructions provided by our team.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged only if:

• A wrong item was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged.
• There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Authenticity of Natural Products

Our crystals and natural stones are sourced with care. Since they are natural products:

• Each piece is unique in colour, texture, shape, inclusions, and size.
• Minor natural variations are not considered defects.
• Product images are for representation purposes only and actual products may vary slightly.

9. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping charges.

For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
