How can I identify an original crystal from a fake or synthetic one?

Natural crystals usually have unique variations in colour, texture, inclusions, patterns, and formation. Perfectly uniform colour, identical patterns, or an unusually flawless appearance can sometimes indicate a treated, synthetic, or imitation stone.

However, visual inspection alone cannot authenticate every crystal. For valuable or rare stones, professional gemological testing is the most reliable method.

Are crystals treated or dyed?

Some crystals available in the market may be heat-treated, dyed, coated, or otherwise enhanced. Product-specific information should be checked before purchase.

Why do some crystals have cracks, lines, or inclusions? Is the crystal damaged?

Not necessarily. Natural crystals often contain inclusions, internal lines, clouds, tiny fractures, colour variations, or uneven surfaces formed during their growth.

These natural characteristics are part of what makes each stone unique. A crystal does not have to be perfectly clear or flawless to be natural.

Why does my crystal look different from the picture I saw online?

Because natural crystals are not manufactured pieces, no two stones are exactly alike. Their colour, size, shape, patterns, and inclusions can vary from one piece to another.

Lighting, screen settings, and photography can also slightly change how a crystal appears. These natural variations are normal and are part of the individuality of each crystal.

How should I cleanse my crystals, and how often should I do it?

You can cleanse crystals according to the care method suitable for that particular stone. Common practices include moonlight, sound, meditation, smoke cleansing, or placing the crystal in a designated cleansing environment.

Not every crystal should be placed in water or direct sunlight, as some stones can fade, dissolve, or become damaged. You may cleanse your crystal whenever you feel it needs refreshing, particularly after frequent use.

Can I wash all crystals with water?

No. Water is not suitable for every crystal. Some minerals can be damaged by prolonged exposure to water, while softer or porous stones may deteriorate.

Before using water as a cleansing method, check whether that specific crystal is water-safe. When in doubt, choose a dry method such as sound or moonlight.

Can I keep multiple crystals together?

Yes, generally you can keep multiple crystals together. Many people enjoy creating a personal crystal collection or combination based on their intentions.

However, some delicate crystals can scratch or damage one another, so store softer stones separately from harder ones and avoid allowing fragile pieces to rub against each other.

What should I do when my crystal breaks or develops a crack?

You can then explore crystals traditionally associated with that intention. If you are unsure, choosing a crystal that you naturally feel drawn to can also make the experience more personal.

Can crystals lose their energy or become "inactive"?

Crystals are minerals and do not scientifically become depleted like a battery. In spiritual and energy practices, however, people may feel that a crystal needs cleansing or refreshing after extensive use.

Cleansing can therefore be approached as a personal or spiritual ritual rather than a scientifically established requirement.

Why is one crystal much more expensive than another crystal of the same type?

Crystal prices can vary because of factors such as rarity, quality, colour, clarity, size, weight, formation, inclusions, origin, craftsmanship, and availability.

Two crystals with the same mineral name can therefore have significantly different values.

Can I use a crystal for healing instead of medical treatment?

Crystals can be incorporated into meditation, mindfulness, spiritual, and personal wellness practices, but they should not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribed medication, or professional healthcare.

They are best approached as complementary symbolic or wellness tools alongside appropriate professional care.

I made the payment, but I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

Don't make another payment immediately. First, check your email, SMS, or WhatsApp, including your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact Abhivrudhi with your payment reference or transaction details so the payment can be checked.

The payment was deducted from my account, but my order shows as unsuccessful. What happens now?

Please don't make a second payment until the first transaction has been checked.

Share the transaction or payment reference details with us. If the payment was received but the order was not created, the payment can be verified and the appropriate resolution provided.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery time can vary depending on your location, product availability, order processing time, and courier service.

The estimated delivery timeline, where applicable, will be communicated during the ordering process.

How can I track my crystal order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping and tracking details. You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your package.

You can also sign in to your Abhivrudhi account using the same email address used while placing your order to view your available order information.

My order is showing "delivered", but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First, check with family members, neighbours, security, reception, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

If you still cannot locate it, contact us as soon as possible with your order and tracking details so the delivery can be investigated.

Can I return a crystal after receiving it?

Returns are subject to Abhivrudhi's Return & Refund Policy and the condition and type of the product.

Because crystals are natural products and may have individual variations in colour, shape, pattern, inclusions, and appearance, please review the applicable return conditions before purchasing.

What if I receive a damaged crystal?

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the package and the damaged product.

This helps us assess the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution according to our applicable policy.
